Survey sets are live today for Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Pain Medicine, ENT, Anaesthetics and Immunology. Orthopaedics covers seven body regions with 17 validated instruments including KOOS, OKS, Lysholm, Tegner, IKDC, ODI and QuickDASH. Gastroenterology includes GerdQ, Rome IV, IBS-SSS, HBI, SCCAI, PUCAI and the Bristol Stool Scale from neonate to adult. Pain Medicine includes ODI, NDI, DN4, PHQ-4, PCS, ISI-7 and FABQ-W with chronicity classification. ENT includes the NOSE score, STOP-BANG and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. How does the AI Patient Overview work?
When a patient completes their pre-consult health check, ApolloScribe uses AI to synthesise their survey responses together with the referral letter into a single concise clinical brief — the Patient Overview. Alongside it, Insights and Actions flags clinical risks, validated-score severity, and data gaps for you to act on. You read the brief before the patient sits down, so the consult opens on the core issue instead of background discovery.
What documents does ApolloScribe generate after a consult?
From a single consult transcript, ApolloScribe generates four documents in parallel with one click: a plain-language Patient Letter emailed to the patient after your review, a Consult letter for the referring clinician, a Consult Billing summary with MBS items for admin, and an internal Clinical Snapshot. For surgical appointments an Operative Report can also be produced. It can also draft multiple investigation requests (pathology, imaging) and referral letters from the captured history, each tailored to the clinician receiving it. You review and edit each document before it is sent.
Is patient data kept private when ApolloScribe uses AI?
Yes. ApolloScribe is built with privacy by design. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to AI models. The system anonymises the patient transcript and clinical data before it is processed by AI, then re-injects patient details into the final generated documents. All AI-generated overviews, risk assessments and letters are produced without exposing patient identity to external AI services.
